I was in need of some hearing aid batteries for a pair of hearing aids loaned to me by the local hospital. I did a search and Omni Hearing came up. I made the purchase online which was really easy for this 71 year old to do. A few days later I sent an email to Omni Hearing requesting an update of the shipping process and I received a prompt reply that my package had been shipped. A couple of days later I received my package via Canada Post.

We bought two of these for our son to have as spares for secure storage on the go (i.e. one in his school bag, one in mom's purse). His hearing aids aren't as sleek/small as the adult versions and this case fits them perfectly without squishing. Great product to have on hand and best price around.

I bought this power pack for an upcoming trip where we'll be out touring and walking for hours each day, away from power. My type of hearing aids (CROS system) need more frequent charging, so I can now carry my charger with me to keep them juiced up.
This is my 3rd purchase of hearing aid accessories from Omni. Their selection, pricing, shipping, and overall service are exceptional. I even received a text from them asking for a photo of my hearing aids to confirm this was the correct product for me. I appreciate this personal service and will shop with Omni in future for hearing aid accessories.

Ordering and shipping were easy and fast. Product was exactly as displayed on their Omni website. Product is excellent! Price is very competitive and includes free shipping. We had problems with Rayovac batteries last year, but Omni stands behind their products and replaced them free of charge (with no hassles and free shipping)!

A great product at a reasonable price.

This is a perfectly-functioning aid I have been using for a long time. The receiver tube broke from age, I think, rendering the aid useless. Omni did not have the receiver in stock but found one for me and I can hear again! They were very helpful and responsive in the quest to find the proper receiver. I'd do business with them again.

The CONNEXX waxguards are great - the smaller size fits much better if you have small ears. But it was the customer support from Omni Hearing that stole the show - they actually contacted me to check that all the items in my order were the correct size and model! The order was modified quickly and I received it promptly. Thank you again Omni!
