You can return your online order within 45 days of receiving it. Please follow the steps below:
1- Please visit Canada Post's website to create a return shipping label: https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/information/app/prse/label?execution=e4s1
Use policy code: PR550713
2- Print your return label.
3- Securely package your return, attach the label, and drop it off at the carrier's branch.
4- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
5-If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-business days.
After these steps, you can send an e-mail to shop@omnihearing.com to inform us beforehand about your exchange and refund.
Reminder: To receive a full refund, your item must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
