The Phonak RemoteControl is well purposed for hearing aid users who are not as comfortable using their MyPhonak app or smartphone, or anyone experiencing difficulty pressing the tiny hearing aid push buttons. The Phonak RemoteControl has large-buttons to adjust hearing aid volume and can be used to rotate through different program settings. Arthritis made it uneasy to use the on/off/volume tiny control buttons placed directly on hearing aids. With this remote control, it all becomes easy. It just works great with the TV Connector. I'm fully satisfied with this product.

Just what I needed

It was getting harder and harder to hear the tv with my hearing aids. I discussed it with the audiologist and he suggested the Phonak TV Connector and it helps big time. Easy to setup and navigate. Delivery from Omni Hearing was fast.
