M Retention 4.0 hearing aid tails are soft nylon stabilizing cords that keep Phonak, Unitron or Kirkland RIC hearing aids snug, and secured to your ear's concha throughout the day. When attached, the retention cord gently bends into your ear to create a spring lock that anchors your hearing aid in its most natural position and prevents it from coming loose, or accidentally falling off. M Retention 4.0 tails will fit medium strength Phonak, Unitron, or Kirkland hearing aid speakers.  

M Retention 4.0 hearing aid tails can be shortened to fit the shape of your ear and offer peace of mind knowing your hearing aids will remain discreet, and correctly positioned in your ear canal. For maximum comfort, retention, and speech clarity, replace hearing aid sport locks along with SDS 4.0 Domes, and CeruShield™ Disk Wax Guards monthly, or when the locks's discolour and become frail.
