Device is great. app needs work
Setting up the device was straightforward, my issue comes with the app itself. I have the Rexton app and the streaming icon was there ready to be used however if while i am searching for something to watch and there is no sound on the tv my phone seems to disconnect and then tells me i have no Bluetooth connection. I have to turn Bluetooth off and on again for it to reconnect, frustrating. Often when i am connected but change what I'm watching it takes about 10 seconds for the sound to connect again, not sure why, same if my phone gets a notification i hear the ping but it then takes about 10 seconds to connect back to the tv unit.
On the plus side when it is connected the sound comes thru without any noticeable delay and greatly improves the watching experience for me and those in the room with me as they can have the tv at a reasonable volume.
So its a pricey unit and for that i think the experience could be better as I'm guessing the main demographic for this want an easy plug and play experience without the constant tinkering needed.
