Signia Pure Desktop Charger 2.0

you want parts for your hearing aids…
here’s the best service ever… very easy to order… and delivery was amazingly fast!!!

Such great service! Ordered and it was at my home in just a couple of days. Definitely will be buying all my hearing aid supplies there.

The staff at Omni Hearing are excellent. They helped me select the correct parts for my hearing aids. Then my credit card was cancelled (due to fraud). They were understanding and helpful. Thank you

Je suis très satisfaite de ma commande.

Setting up the device was straightforward, my issue comes with the app itself. I have the Rexton app and the streaming icon was there ready to be used however if while i am searching for something to watch and there is no sound on the tv my phone seems to disconnect and then tells me i have no Bluetooth connection. I have to turn Bluetooth off and on again for it to reconnect, frustrating. Often when i am connected but change what I'm watching it takes about 10 seconds for the sound to connect again, not sure why, same if my phone gets a notification i hear the ping but it then takes about 10 seconds to connect back to the tv unit.
On the plus side when it is connected the sound comes thru without any noticeable delay and greatly improves the watching experience for me and those in the room with me as they can have the tv at a reasonable volume.
So its a pricey unit and for that i think the experience could be better as I'm guessing the main demographic for this want an easy plug and play experience without the constant tinkering needed.

Prompt and excellent service would recommend if you are needing accessories for your Starkey hearing aids.

Proffesional service

I was very pleased with price, delivery cost and time. Good all round. And they fitted my Siemens/Signia hearing aids. Way better deal than other online possibilities.

I have ordered regularly for years and am always pleased with the service level - reasonable prices and always delivered promptly.

Work exactly as described. We change them more often than once a month, as husband seems to produce more wax than others. Thank you Omni Hearing for quick service when I order!

This is my second TV transmitter device but the first from Starkey. Some technical issues getting connected and found the instructional manual short on detail. The device is exceptional and I believe a good value.

Not the first time I did business with them and for sure I will continu.
Thanks to the team

After Canada Post lost initial shipment, we received three days later a replacement for the initial order .
Thank you for fast response and action
