Great accessory!

I really like the connect clip. Much easier than fumbling with the hearing aid to connect to tv or phone. The reason for the 4* is I keep loosing the protective pouch, and finally it’s gone. Think I lost it outdoors somewhere. The opening on the back for installing the pouch is to large and it falls off easily. It needs to have a smaller opening on the back to help hold it in place. Being silicon it would stretch over and hold it in place. Maybe something you could change to your new pouches.
How can I get a replacement pouch?
