Great customer service

I recently moved and all my hearing aid products are packed. I placed an order for domes and wax sticks. I was contacted by Omni Hearing as the one product I ordered was not one normally ordered in conjunction with the other. I replied telling them that I had previously placed an order for the same products but didn’t know what they were. The following day I was told they had found my previous order and asked if I wanted it duplicated. I am very impressed at the length the company went to help me. That is what I call exceptional customer service, I will certainly be ordering from them again,
