This is my second TV transmitter device but the first from Starkey. Some technical issues getting connected and found the instructional manual short on detail. The device is exceptional and I believe a good value.

Product fits and works as expected. I was pleased with the customer service in that they contacted me and double checked that I ordered the correct item before billing and sending. Communication was prompt. Price seemed very fair.

The order process was easy and the delivery fast. My only hesitation to give 5 stars is due to the fact that the look of the product has changed slightly and is not reflected yet on the packaging. I briefly thought they had delivered the wrong product.
