Phonak Charger Case Go

I use this when watching TV. Super easy to pair to HA, then turn it on & set it in front of TV speaker. Listen to the news while making dinner at the other end of the house, without having to crank the volume way up. Also helps hear clearly through music tracks in shows, just easier and more understandable listening all 'round.
Omni Hearing is great to buy from. User friendly website, very good prices, and shipping is not only prompt, but also free (in Canada) .

This streamer is fantastic. I previously had different hearing aids and a different tv streamer. This Omni unit is far superior. Sound is much better. It was extremely easy to install - it only took a few minutes. Very happy with purchase and would highly recommend it.

I am truly impressed with the follow-up and level of customer service that I received from Omni Hearing. I placed an order for a hearing aid charger and it was promptly followed up with a confirmation and a follow-up email to confirm that I had ordered the correct charger (just in case I had made a mistake). It turns out that I actually did make a mistake and my order was accordingly corrected to include the correct charger.
This saved a lot of trouble in me getting the original charger I ordered only to have found out that it was the wrong one and all the hassles that would have followed.

Very attentive to customer needs!

The main reason I purchased the phonak TV connector was to use it with my Korg electronic piano. I connect it through the headphone 3.5 audio jack and it works beautifully. I do not notice any latency (delay) issues between pressing on a key on the piano and hearing the sound in my Phonak audio lumity 70 hearing aids.
When I use the device on my Samsung smart TV I do notice what appears to be a faint echo between the TV speakers and what is transmitted through my hearing aids so there is a very short delay. I only notice it if the TV speaker volume is turned up.
On my TV, I plug the TV connector to the TV using the optical (TOSLINK) cable so the speakers are active when another person is also watching.

Received the order in a timely manner.

I experienced a failure of my four year old hearing aid charger and my backup charger failed after one only use. All this on a Saturday when none of our local hearing centres were open or reachable. I was, however, able to reach Kabir at Omni Hearing, a one hour drive away. Although his store was presently closed he offer to meet me at his facility so I could purchase a new charger. Now that's CUSTOMER SERVICE ! A rarity it seems these days. Thank you, Kabir. You've just acquired a new client. BD Cambridge, ON

The Com-Dex works as intended. Good connection with the phone; can take calls or listen to music from the phone.
I didn't pair it with other devices yet so I can't comment regarding TV sounds.

**The Com-Dex app seems mendatory when you check the supplied Widex booklet but isn't; just pair it as you would with a remote speaker.

+1 for the Omni Hearing support: Responded in a timely manner and made it work.

Awesome website with incredibly low prices and fast shipping. My dad needed batteries for his hearing aids so I found this site, I had to buy some locally while waiting and they cost $20 for one pk of 6 and I paid the same amount for 7 pks anywhere for 6 to 8 in each pack. Definitely worth ordering from them again 😊

This is the best alarm if you wear hearing aids I am very happy to have it installed in my home it is a great addition

I got a hearing aid connector on June 3,2022 and I haven't had any trouble with it I wish I got it sooner I can have the Volume on 0 and I can still hear I can up the sound for my Husband and it doesn't change for me It is wonderful I think it's to loud if I want to talk to my husband

Could not be any bestter in there servive never had to wait for a reply I will defently use them again
