I made the purchase online which was really easy for this 71 year old to do. A few days later I sent an email to Omni Hearing requesting an update of the shipping process and I received a prompt reply that my package had been shipped. A couple of days later I received my package via Canada Post.

I bought this power pack for an upcoming trip where we'll be out touring and walking for hours each day, away from power. My type of hearing aids (CROS system) need more frequent charging, so I can now carry my charger with me to keep them juiced up.
