45 day hassle-free return
At Omni Hearing we stand behind the quality of our products and service but understand that sometimes products need to be returned or exchanged.
We are pleased to offer our customers a 45-day hassle-free return or exchange policy on all our products except those purchased on a sale.
In order to receive a refund or exchange, we ask that the items you are returning be unused and in their original packaging.
To complete your refund, we will require your order number for proof of purchase.
There are some situations where only a partial refund will be granted (if applicable).
- Items with obvious signs of use
- items not in their original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our or courier error
Full refunds ( if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm that we have received it and notify you of your refund qualification.
If you are approved for a full refund, it will be processed within 5 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please note that the shipping costs you may have incurred in your purchase are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund within 5-business days, we request you to first contact your financial institution on its status. It is possible that your credit card company or bank may take a few extra days to post the credit officially.
If you’ve done all of this and you still don't see a sign of your refund, you can send us an inquiry by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com to initiate an exchange.

We kindly request customers to pay for return shipping costs. When refunds are applicable, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, it may take several days for your exchanged product to reach you.
